c. In the Liquids tab, touch the CS Pump. 6. Turn ON the Charge Roller DC voltage as follows: a. From the press UI: (Element Activation > Charge Roller Tab), touch the Voltage button. b. Turn ON the Charge Roller AC voltage from the SYSTAB-I/O Editor. At the SYSTAB-I/O find: 'IO_HVIF_CR_AC_SETV', double-click to activate it and set it as the value as follows: ● If Hydrin Charge Roller, set value to 700v. ● If CCR Charge Roller, set value to 800v After setting the value above, verify that 'Formulated value' for IO_HVIF_CR_DC_SETV is between 1000 and 1100. NOTE: You will need to visually verify what charge roller is installed on press, e.g. Hydrin or CCR. Open press front engine door and verify: Probe Test Procedure 21
