Replace if necessary. ● Wipe the PIP Drum shoulders using a lint-free wipe with IMO. ● Check carbon brushes and replace if necessary. ● Clean all Nips and rollers using warm water. ● Inspect all belts for cracks and verify tension, adjust if necessary ● Verify that the electrostatic brush hair is straight and ~1 mm from the substrate ● Clean the Impression drum using a lint-free wipe with IPA. ● Check 2nd transfer calibration only if the press has known PQ or scaling issues. ● Grease the WHS, see Appendix C - Greasing the WHS on page 15. 8 Chapter 2 Procedures
