Component Cleaning station Charge roller Ink cabinet General inspection Procedure ● Remove the cleaning station assembly, and clean it. ● Replace sponge roller (If needed). ● Check parts for wear (replace if needed). ● Cleaning the orifice at the CS pump exit. ● Change wiper sides. ● Inspect the CS timing belt and replace if needed. ● Inspect the V-seal O-ring and replace if needed. ● Clean the balancing roller. ● Replace the charge roller (If needed). ● Clean housing and carbon brushes using IPA. ● Remove if needed and clean the electrometer. ● Clean the imaging agent injection system. See the Ink Cabinet service document (CA393-04290). ● Clean all the Ink pumps. ● Clean the Density and Conductivity sensors. ● Ink calibrations: - Density - Conductivity - Ink flow ● Clean all the BIDs, wipe the Developer using a lint-free wipe with IMO ● Press leveling and alignment, follow instructions in HP Indigo WS6600 Digital Press Installation Manual (CA393-04361) or HP Indigo W7200 Digital Press Installation Manual (CA393-01570). ● Perform the dripping baseline procedure in CA393-03500 ● Clean the ILD lens using a lint free wipe with IPA, and use a clean dry wipe to clean off any residue from the IPA. ● Check the condition of the sealing materials in the following, and replace if needed: - Catch tray - ITM hood ● Clean the Ceramic Tiles using a lint free wipe with IPA, and use a clean dry wipe to clean off any residue from the IPA. ● Wipe the Air Knife/PTE with a lint-free wipe with IPA ● Wipe the E/H lamp using a lint-free wipe with IPA. ● Check that the GLS (grease and lubrication system) is functioning, verify that the gears are greased properly.
