View an event log NOTE: Viewing an event log by using the Administration menu shows only a subset of events. To print a complete event log, use the Service menu. View an event log from the Administration menu 1. Press the Home button. 2. Open the following menus: ● Administration ● Troubleshooting 3. Scroll to the View Event Log item, and then press the OK button. Viewing the event log from the Service menu 1. Press the Home button. 2.
