Error ID: 66032: IDS - Critical ink level in the Light Cyan main tank FB10000 Error Messages Troubleshooting Recommended Actions The Light Cyan ink pump is not working 1. Open Control Tools and activate the Light Cyan feeding main tank pump. 2. Check the pump using the Auto and Manual methods. Auto will start the pump depending on the sensor state. Manual starts the pump anyway, independently from the sensor state. 3. Open the IDS cabinet and check if the Light Cyan feeding pump rotates by gently touching it with your hand. If it does not rotate, this might indicate either a disconnection along the wiring path between the Light Cyan feeding pump and the B&R module or a faulty feeding pump.
