Correcting error conditions Correcting an error may require you to perform a specific set of actions. Your authorized-HP service representative can help you determine the corrective action to take. Disk drive error conditions The format of a disk drive error condition report is 0.1.en.ec, where: • 0.1. identifies a disk problem. • en. identifies the affected disk drive bay number. A direct correlation exists between the disk drive element number and the bay number. The bays are numbered sequentially 1 through 14 from left to right. • ec is the error code.
