SetVariable Creates a variable assignment and its value. The variable can then be entered in arguments throughout a job rather than entering the value. Syntax and arguments When initially inserted into a job, the command syntax and default arguments are: SetVariable ( %value% ) Value. Enter or select a value to store in a variable assignment. The appropriate storage volumes are automatically selected by reference to the enabled host and database specified by the repository.
