1 Your PC's Performance Features More Video Performance Ergonomic Refresh Rates The video controller must redraw your display at frequent intervals. The frequency with which it does this is called the video refresh rate and higher rates are less tiring on the eyes than lower rates. The Millennium Video Adapter supports video refresh rates of up to 200 Hz for flicker free displays. The 200 Hz refresh rate supported by the MGA Video Adaptor is nearly twice the rate used by typical Ultra VGA controllers, making it one of the most ergonomic video controllers currently available. The video refresh rate used will be determined by the video resolution selected and the capabilities of your display. The following table shows the maximum video refresh rates that can be used. Video resolution 640 ! 480 800 ! 600 1024 ! 768 1152 ! 882 1280 ! 1024 1600 ! 1200 Maximum refresh rate 200 Hz 200 Hz 120 Hz 120 Hz 110 Hz 85 Hz Refer to your PC's User's Guide for more information on available video resolutions and refresh rates. 42 English
