TROUBLESHOOTING Before calling service technician, check the following tables first. If the problem is not be solved with the suggested procedures, contact your local dealer. For your safety, NEVER try to repair the product by yourself. When Following Messages Appear on the Screen Message Power Save No Sync. Signal Auto Adjust Condition / Action This indicates it is in Power Save mode. (in RGB mode) The indicating lamp lights in orange. The unit cannot detect any signals from any input terminals. z Check if the cable is connected correctly and firmly. z Check if the power of the external equipments is ON. z Check if the input selection matches the connection terminal. z Check if the PC is in Power Save mode or not.
