If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, take it to a service center prior to continuing use. PROBLEM Unit does not turn ON Unit has high noise level Unit still does not operate POSSIBLE CAUSE 1. Power cord not firmly plugged into outlet. 2. No voltage in wall plug. 3. Blown fuse or tripped breaker. 4. Timer may have finished. 5. Front cover may be loose. 6. Filter may be loose. 1. Check for a dirty filter. 1. Air grills may be blocked. 2. Filter may be dirty. 3. Fan speed is set to L=Low (silence technology) 4. Check all points above. POSSIBLE SOLUTION 1. Plug unit in firmly. 2. Check fuse or breaker in home. 3. Replace fuse/reset breaker in home. 4. Reset timer. 5. Secure front cover. 6. Secure filter. 1. Replace the filter. 1. Clear air grill area. 2. Replace filter. 3. Indicator light will illuminate. 4.
