MAINTENANCE Troubleshooting schedule Troubleshooting takes place from the keypad. Keypad Control Panel Green activate LED flashing. Error LED flashes. The machine does not run Error LED is lit with red light. Possible faults Possible action Low battery voltage. Charging the battery The power trigger and the activate button are pressed at the same time. Release the power trigger and the machine is active. The trimmerhead is jammed. Overload. Remove the battery from the machine. Release the trimmer head from grass. Temperature deviation Allow the machine to cool down. Dirt in battery connectors. Clean with compressed air or a soft brush. Service Contact your service agent. Troubleshooting the battery and/or the battery charger during charging. Battery LED display Green activate LED flashing. Error LED flashing Error LED is lit Battery charger Possible faults Low battery voltage. The battery is discharged. Temperature deviation Over voltage Cell difference too much (1V) Possible action Charge the battery Charge the battery Use the battery in surroundings where temperatures are between 10 °C (14 °F) and 40 °C (104 °F). Check that the mains voltage corresponds with that stated on the rating plate on the machine. Remove the battery from the battery charger. Contact your service agent. LED display Error LED flashing Error LED is lit Possible faults Temperature deviation Possible action Use the battery charger only when the surrounding temperature is between 5 °C (41 °F) and 40 °C (104 °F).
