When the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Express synchronizes flag requests in Japanese, the status message in IBM® Lotus Notes® is changed to English. BlackBerry Attachment Service known issues Item DT 1038479 DT 640539 Description If BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Express users with Japanese names are exported to a file in CSV format, the Japanese text is not displayed correctly in Microsoft® Excel®. If a user on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express opens a vCard® attachment using Shift-JIS, the Japanese string that is encoded QUOTEDPRINTABLE is not displayed correctly.
