Blu-Ray Disc Player Connecting a TV using a component video cable (better) Notes • • The following task shows connecting the audio to a receiver. If you want to use the TV speakers instead of a receiver, connect the audio cable to the TV's audio in jacks on the TV. High definition video (up to 1080i) is supported with a component video cable. Using a digital audio receiver To connect a component-capable TV to a digital audio receiver: 1 Connect a component video cable to the COMPONENT VIDEO OUT jacks on the back of your player and to the COMPONENT VIDEO IN jacks on the TV. Digital audio receiver Using an analog audio receiver To connect a component-capable TV to an analog audio receiver: 1 Connect a component video cable to the COMPONENT VIDEO OUT jacks on the back of your player and to the COMPONENT VIDEO IN jacks on the TV.
