Insignia NS-S4000 Clock Radio with iPod Dock Grounding or polarization Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades, with one wider than the other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a grounding prong. The wide blade or grounding prong are provided for your safety. If the plug does not fit, contact an electrician to replace the obsolete outlet. Placement When placing your clock radio with iPod dock on a lacquered or natural finish, protect your furniture with a cloth or other protective material. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, temperature extremes, and moisture.
