Playlists It is a list that enables you to organize recorded videos in order of preference. Preparation: • Select  mode. • Select the playback mode. Creating Playlists 1 Press MENU. MENU 2 Select [EDIT PLAYLIST]. Select Set EDIT PLAYLIST PLAYBACK PLAYLIST CHANGE EVENT REG. SEARCH EVENT CREATE/EDIT PLAYLIST SET QUIT 3 Select [NEW LIST]. Select EDIT PLAYLIST NEW LIST EDIT RENAME PLAYLIST DELETE Set CREATE PLAYLIST SELECT SET QUIT 4 Select an item and display files. Select NEW LIST SELECT FROM SCENES CREATE BY GROUP CREATE BY DATE CREATE BY EVENT Set SELECT SCENE BY DATE SELECT SET QUIT • [SELECT FROM SCENES]: Display all files individually. • [CREATE BY GROUP]: Display all files listed by group. • [CREATE BY DATE]: Display all the files listed by recording date. • [CREATE BY EVENT]: Search for an event and display the corresponding files listed by recording date.  5 Select the file to add to playlist. Select SEP.01.2008 0/999 TOTAL Set SELECT REGISTER • To preview scenes, press INDEX. When the index screen of individual scenes appears, select the file. To return to the previous screen, press INDEX. 6 Select the insertion point. Select SEP.01.2008 1/999 TOTAL 00h02m DVD1 Set REGISTER QUIT • To add other files, repeat steps 5 and 6. • To delete a registered scene, select the registered file. 7 MENU SEP.01.2008 1/999 TOTAL 00h02m REGISTER DVD1 QUIT 8 Select [SAVE AND QUIT]. Select QUIT PLAYLIST. SAVE EDITED CONTENTS? Set SAVE AND QUIT DELETE AND QUIT RETURN SELECT SET 8 To quit the screen Press MENU. NOTES • A maximum of 99 playlists can be created. • If you delete the original files, the corresponding files are also deleted from the playlist. 40 EN
