Other Settings Attaching the Camera to the Dock 1 Close the LCD monitor. 2 Align the camera with the dock as indicated by the dotted line in the figure below and attach firmly. Tripod Mounting Align the camera stud hole with the tripod stud, and the mounting socket with the screw, and then rotate the camera clockwise to mount it to the tripod. Grip Adjustment NOTE • Do not use a tripod on unsteady or unlevel surfaces. It could tip over, causing serious damage to the camera. • Use a tripod that does not have a locking pin. • The LCD monitor may scratch against the tripod in some cases. When this occurs, tilt the LCD monitor slightly before closing. When it is difficult to close the LCD monitor # Lift the monitor and close completely ! Close the monitor slightly NOTE • Fasten the strap when you grip the camera. • When carrying the camera, please be careful not to drop it. 20 EN

Grip Adjustment
NOTE
Fasten the strap when you grip the camera.
When carrying the camera, please be careful
not to drop it.
Tripod Mounting
