SIRIUS Radio Operations
General
You can connect the JVC SIRIUS radio PnP
(Plug and Play), KT-SR1000 or KT-SR2000,
using the JVC SIRIUS radio adapter,
KS-U100K (not supplied). By turning on the
power to the unit, you can turn on/off the
JVC PnP. However, you cannot control it
from this unit.
Signal strength bar increases as the receiving
signal improves. If no signal is received, it
disappears.
When changing the category or channel,
invalid and unsubscribed channels are
skipped automatically.
Skipping channels
You cannot skip CH184.
If all channels in a category are skipped, the
category itself is also skipped.
Initial Setup—AUDIO MENU/PSM
If you change the “
AMP GAIN
” setting from
“HIGH” to “LOW” while the volume level is
set higher than “30,” the unit automatically
changes the volume level to “30.”
Other Main Functions
Assigning titles to the sources
When the CD changer is connected, you can
assign titles to CDs in the CD changer. These
titles can also be shown on the display if you
insert the CDs in this unit.
TV Tuner Operations
Storing stations in memory
When Auto Memory is carried out...
– All TV stations previously stored are erased
and TV stations are stored newly.
– Received TV stations are preset in No.1
(lowest frequency) to No.12 (highest
frequency). When Auto Memory is over,
the TV station stored in No.1 will be
automatically tuned in.
When storing a TV station manually, a
previously preset TV station is erased when a
new TV station is stored in the same preset
number.
Preset TV stations are erased when the power
supply to the memory circuit is interrupted
(for example, during battery replacement). If
this occurs, preset the stations again.
