If the plug does not fit securely and completely into the outtet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electri clan to instatt the proper outlet. DO NOT change the plug in any way. Putt out the power cord to the desired length. When you unwind the power cord, you will see a yellow mark and a red mark on the power cord.
