Setting Oven Controls • Continuous Bake or Twelve Hour Energy Saving Mode • Timer Setting Continuous Bake or 12 Hour Energy Saving The TIMER _si_o_j_and FLEX CLEAN _ pads control the Continuous Bake or 12 Hour Energy Saving features. The oven control has a factory preset built-in 12 Hour Energy Saving featu re that will shut off the oven if the oven control is left on for more than 11 hours and 59 minutes. The oven can be programmed to override this feature for Continuous Baking. INSTRUCTIONS PRESS DISPLAY To set the control for Continuous Energy Saving features: Bake or 12 Hour 1. Press and hold _si_o_frf_or 6 seconds or until the control beeps once, (Fig.l). "12h" or "== h" will appear in the display and the control will beep once. 2. Press _c_n_ to switch between the 12 Hour Energy Saving and continuous bake features. Note: "12h" (See Fig. 2) in the display indicates the control is set for 12 Hour Energy Saving feature and "= =h" (See Fig. 3) indicates the control is set for the Continuous Bake feature, _for6seconds Fig. 1 Fig. 2 3. Press to accept the change (See Fig. 4) display will return to time of day or press Q to reject the change, Setting Timer Fig. 4 The TIMER (,_o_f_ pad controls the Timer feature. The Timer serves as an extra reminder in the kitchen that will beep when the set time has run out. The Timer will not START or STOP the cooking process. The Timer feature may be used during any of the other oven control functions. Refer to the section "Minumum & Maximum Control Pad Settings" for available time amount settings. INSTRUCTIONS PRESS DISPLAY To set the Timer (example for 5 minutes): 1. Press _). (See Fig. 5). 2. Press the number pads to set the desired time in the display (example Press _f_. down. (See Fig. 6). The timer will begin a count Note: If _ is not pressed the timer will return to the time of day. . When the set time has run out, the clock will sound with 3 long beeps every 5 seconds until _t%e-_') is pressed (See Fig. 7).
