TROUBLESHOOTING Symptom The iPod/iPhone does not turn on or does not work. "LOADING" appears when you enter search mode by pressing . "NO DISC" "TOC ERROR" "NA FILE" CD/USB/iPod "COPY PRO" "NO DEVICE" "NO MUSIC" "iPod ERROR" • Sound cannot be heard during playback. • Sound output only from the Android device. ANDROID "NO DEVICE" or "READING" keeps flashing. Remedy • Check the connection between this unit and iPod/iPhone. • Disconnect and reset the iPod/iPhone using hard reset. This unit is still preparing the iPod/iPhone music list. It may take some time to load, try again later. Insert a playable disc into the loading slot. Make sure the disc is clean and inserted properly. Make sure the media (disc/USB) contain supported audio files. (Page 31) A copy-protected file is played (disc/USB). Connect a device (USB), and change the source to USB again. Connect a device (USB) that contains playable audio files. • Reconnect the iPod. • Reset the iPod. • Reconnect the Android device. • Launch any media player application on the Android device and start playback. • Relaunch the current media player application or use another media player application. • Restart the Android device. • If this does not solve the problem, the connected Android device is unable to route the audio signal to unit. "NO MUSIC"/"ANDROID ERROR" "ADD ERROR" "CHECK DEVICE" "NO SKIPS" "NO STATIONS" "STATION LIMIT" "UPGRADE APP" "CONNECT ERROR" "RATING ERROR" "THUMBS N/A" "LICENSE ERROR" Station cannot be selected. "NOT CONNECTED" Remedy Turn off the power saving mode on the Android device. • Make sure Android device contains playable audio files. • Reconnect the Android device. • Restart the Android device. New station creation is unsuccessful. Check the Pandora application on your device. The skip limit has been reached. No stations are found. The number of registered stations has reached its limit. Retry after deleting unnecessary stations from your device. Make sure you have installed the latest version of the Pandora application on your device. Communication is unstable. Registration of thumbs up/thumbs down has failed due to insufficient network connectivity. Registration of thumbs up/thumbs down is not allowed. You try to access from a country which Pandora is not deliverable. If "Explicit Content" in [Account Settings] is checked in the web version of iHeartRADIO, custom stations become unavailable. “NO DEVICE”
Connect a device (USB), and change the source to USB
again.
“NO MUSIC”
Connect a device (USB) that contains playable audio files.
“iPod ERROR”
• Reconnect the iPod.
• Reset the iPod.
ANDROID
• Sound cannot be heard
during playback.
• Sound output only from
the Android device.
• Reconnect the Android device.
Launch any media player application on the Android
device and start playback.
