TROUBLESHOOTING SiriusXM® Radio Spotify iHeartRadio Pandora Symptom "CONNECT ERROR" "RATING ERROR" "THUMBS N/A" "LICENSE ERROR" iHeartRadio station cannot be selected. Registration of thumbs up/thumbs down has failed due to insufficient network connectivity. Registration of thumbs up/thumbs down is not allowed.
