CAKES AND FROSTINGS Quick Yellow Cake 21/4 cups all-purpose flour 11/3 cups sugar 3 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup shortening 1 cup low-fat milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 eggs Combine dry ingredients in mixer bowl.
