7 Connecting Your Camera To transfer pictures taken with your KODAK DC3400 Digital Camera, you first need to connect the camera to your computer or use a card reader. The camera can communicate with your computer using one of the following:  RS-232 serial cable connection for Windows-based computers.  Serial cable or adapter plug for Macintosh computers.  Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable connection for Windows 98 and 2000-based personal computers and Macintosh computers.  Card reader. This does not require connecting your camera to your computer, but is another way to get your pictures from the camera. If you do not have a card reader, you can purchase one as an accessory. For details about available accessories, ask a dealer of KODAK products. Once the camera is connected to a computer and any required software is installed, you are ready to transfer pictures from the camera to your computer. Connecting Your Camera
To transfer pictures taken with your KODAK DC3400 Digital Camera, you first
need to connect the camera to your computer or use a card reader. The
camera can communicate with your computer using one of the following:
RS-232 serial cable connection for Windows-based computers.
Serial cable or adapter plug for Macintosh computers.
Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable connection for Windows 98 and
2000-based personal computers and Macintosh computers.
Card reader. This does not require connecting your camera to your
computer, but is another way to get your pictures from the camera. If
you do not have a card reader, you can purchase one as an accessory.
