7 Maintenance Changing batteries in the remote control Figure 13 shows the remote control with the battery lid removed. Slide off the battery lid, remove the batteries, and replace them with fresh batteries of the same type. Be sure to insert the new batteries with the + and poles correct. Changing batteries in the remote control
