Saving documents 2 With account track Type in the account name and password, and then touch [Login] or press the [Access] key. 2 Note With user authentication, the only boxes that are displayed are those that can be accessed by the user that is logged on. For details, refer to "Authentication and user boxes that can be accessed" on page 2-6. If "Prohibited Functions When Authentication Error" in Administrator mode is set to "Mode 2" and a user enters an incorrect password the specified number of times, that user is locked out and can no longer use the machine. Contact the administrator to cancel operation restrictions. If authentication is performed with PageScope Authentication Manager, contact your server administrator for log on. For details on logging on when using optional authentication unit (biometric type) AU-101 for authentication, refer to the User's Guide [Copy Operations]. C451 2-3
