1 RUNNING AddressBook Viewer Running the AddressBook Viewer With the AddressBook Viewer you can easily add or modify fax recipient names, fax numbers, and Internet Fax address (e-mail address) to the address book. This utility allows you to manage recipients of the fax, select and display fax recipients from the address book, as well as recipient fax numbers and other contact information. Additionally, AddressBook Viewer allows you import or export address book data to or from other address book programs compatible to this equipment. You can access the AddressBook Viewer using two ways:  Programs folder in the Start menu  Print Properties window of the N/W-Fax driver (limited accessibility)  Access using program group From the Program Group, you can access the AddressBook Viewer to create and edit your Private Address Book. Accessing the AddressBook Viewer from the programs group 1 Click the [Start] menu, select [All Programs], [HS Client], and select [AddressBook Viewer for HS]. Running the AddressBook Viewer
With the AddressBook Viewer you can easily add or modify fax recipient names, fax numbers, and Internet Fax address
(e-mail address) to the address book. This utility allows you to manage recipients of the fax, select and display fax
recipients from the address book, as well as recipient fax numbers and other contact information.
Additionally, AddressBook Viewer allows you import or export address book data to or from other address book programs
compatible to this equipment.
You can access the AddressBook Viewer using two ways:
Programs folder in the Start menu
Print Properties window of the N/W-Fax driver (limited accessibility)
Access using program group
From the Program Group, you can access the AddressBook Viewer to create and edit your Private Address Book.
Accessing the AddressBook Viewer from the programs group

Viewer for HS].
The AddressBook Viewer window appears.
