Playing recorded programmes - You can play a selected programme from the recorded programme list. 1 Play a recorded programme. 2 While playing, You will see a playback screen as shown below. This function indicates what TIME MACHINE reviewing is possible ,a current on-screen and live broadcasting position, a section of section-recording. 1 Indicates progress of recorded pro- gramme. 2 Indicates status of recorded pro- gramme. 3 Indicates elasped playback time. 4 Indicates total playback time. 5 Indicates a quarter of programme runtime. 6 Indicates current playback position. TIME MACHINE Using the remote control You can shift playback to any point within the recorded programme. FF / GG When playing, repeatedly, press the R E W(FF) button to speed up FF -> FFF -> FFFF -> FFFFF ->FFFFFF . repeatedly, press the F F(GG) button to speed up GG-> GGG -> GGGG -> GGGGG -> GGGGGG. I Pressing these buttons repeatedly increases the fast forward/reverse speed. IFF / GGI Press the GGI button to jump about 20 seconds forward. I Pressing the IFF button to jump about 8 seconds backward. During playback, press the Pause(I I) button. I Still screen is displayed. II I Repeatedly press the Pause(I I) button to advance frame by frame. I Press the Pause(I I) button and then use the F F (GG) button for slow motion (the icon is displayed.) I Press the Pause(I I) button and then use the F F (FF) button for slow motion (the icon is displayed.) F /G P L A Y(G) LIVE TV S T O P (A) I When using the F or G button during playback a cursor indicating the position can be viewed on the screen. Press the P L A Y(G) button to return to normal playback. Press the LIVE TV button to jump at the front of the programme. I If you press the STOP(A) button, you can view live TV. 65
