Messaging This menu includes functions related to SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service), voice mail, as well as the network's service messages. IM (Instant Messaging) Menu 2.1 For further details, see page 42~47. Create New Message Menu 2.2 Text (Menu 2.2.1) You can write and edit text message, checking the number of message pages. 1. Enter the Messaging menu by pressing the left soft key [Select]. 2. If you want to write a text message, select Text. 3. To make text input easier, use T9. 4. Press [Insert] to attach the followings. 5. If you want to set option for your text, or to finish your writing, press the left soft key [Options]. n Note The phone MMS which can send videos, pictures, sounds, and graphics. The receiving party may not receive your message if his or her phone does not support such options. Insert ] Symbol: You can add special characters. ] Graphic: You can insert the graphics in My pictures that are available for short messages. ] Animation: Attaching an animation in a message can be done through EMS(Enhanced Messaging Service). ] Sound: You can insert sounds that are available for short messages. ] Text Templates: You can use Text templates already set in the phone. ] Address Book: You can add phone numbers or email addresses in Address Book. ] Business Card: You can add your business card to the message. 27
