Troubleshooting Does not turn on Unable to communicate with the LG Bluetooth® Headset HBM-800 Unable to pair the HBM-800 with the Bluetooth® device Low sound (speaker) Check whether the battery of the HBM-800 is fully charged. Check whether the handset supports the Headset or Handsfree Bluetooth profiles. Check whether the battery of the HBM-800 is low. Check and make sure the Headset is on. Check and make sure the Headset is placed in pairing mode. Check the speaker volume. Charge the battery. Determine whether your handset supports the Headset or Handsfree Bluetooth profiles. Charge the battery. Press and hold the PWR button for at least 3 seconds to turn on the Headset. With the power off, press and hold the PWR button for 5 seconds to manually place the headset into pairing mode. lncrease the volume level.
