Getting Started with Your Phone Installing the Battery 1. Insert the bottom of the battery into the battery compartment making sure to align the battery contacts. 2. Push the battery down until it clicks into place. Removing the Battery 1. Turn the phone off, then slide the battery cover downward to remove it. 3. Place the battery cover over the opening on the back of the phone, then slide it upward until it clicks into place. 2.
