Auto-Answer Mode Set your phone to automatically pick up incoming calls when connected to an optional hands-free headset or car kit. 1. Press > Settings > Others > Call Setup > AutoAnswer. 2. Highlight an option and press . Ⅲ Off to disable Auto-Answer. Ⅲ Headset to answer calls automatically when the phone is connected to a headset (sold separately). Remember, your phone will answer calls in Auto-Answer mode even if you are not present. Setting Abbreviated Dialing To activate the Contacts Match feature: 1. Press > Settings > Others > Call Setup. 2. Select Contacts Match > ON (left softkey). To activate the Prefix feature: 1. Press > Settings > Others > Call Setup. 2. Select Abbreviated Dialing > ON (left softkey). 3. Enter the first five- or six-digit prefix in the Enter Prefix field and then press SAVE (left softkey). Tip: To make an Abbreviated Dial call, see "Abbreviated Dialing" on page 24. Note: Abbreviated Dialing does not apply to 911 or Sprint 411. Settings 2B. Settings 41

Auto-Answer Mode

Setting Abbreviated Dialing

> Settings > Others > Call Setup

Select
Abbreviated Dialing > ON
(left softkey).

Enter the first five- or six-digit prefix in the

Tip:
To make an Abbreviated Dial call, see “Abbreviated
Dialing” on page 24.
Note:
Abbreviated Dialing does not apply to 911 or Sprint 411.
