Assigning an IP Address You must assign an IP address to the SCS before you can perform any configurations. We recommend you use the first method listed below, EZWebCon. EZWebCon Method We recommend using EZWebCon software for initially configuring the SCS. EZWebCon is located on the distribution CD-ROM. The README file provides installation instructions. Use the following steps to assign an IP address using EZWebCon: 1. Start EZWebCon. 2. On the menu bar, click Action Assign IP Address. The Assign IP address - Select Device window displays. You must assign an IP address to the SCS before you can perform any configurations.
We recommend you use the first method listed below, EZWebCon.
