HD/fan/speaker bracket removal To remove the bracket: 1. Remove the hard drive so it will not be damaged from vibration. The hard drive can be removed from the bracket by depressing the hard drive rail tabs, lifting the hard drive up then pulling it back and away from the bracket. See "Hard drive removal" on page 173. 2. Disconnect the speaker and fan cables from the system board. 3. Remove the two bracket screws at bottom of chassis. 4.
