Understanding printer messages 152 Load with is a tray or feeder, and is a paper type or size. Try one or more of the following: • Load the paper tray or other source with the correct paper type and size. • Cancel the current job. Menu access turned off by system administrator The printer menus cannot be accessed because your system support person disabled the menus. Wait for the message to clear. Menus are Disabled The printer menus are disabled. The printer settings cannot be changed from the printer control panel. Contact your system support person for help. Note: When menus are disabled, it is still possible to cancel a print job, print a confidential job, or print a held job. Must be in Ready state to enter menus The printer menus cannot be accessed at this time because the printer control panel does not show the Ready message. Wait for the printer to complete its activity. When Ready appears, press . Network/Network /Network , The printer is connected to the network, so the network interface is the active communication link. • Network indicates that the printer is using the standard network port built into the printer system board. • Network indicates that an internal print server is installed inside the printer or that the printer is connected to an external print server.

Try one or more of the following:
Load the paper tray or other source with the correct paper type and size.
Cancel the current job.
Load staples
Try one or more of the following:
Replace the specified staple cartridge in the finisher.
Press the arrow buttons until
Continue
appears, and then press

Cancel the print job.
Maintenance
Replace the maintenance items and, if necessary, reset the printer maintenance counter.

Menu access turned off by system administrator
The printer menus cannot be accessed because your system support person disabled the menus. Wait for the message
to clear.
Menus are Disabled
The printer menus are disabled. The printer settings cannot be changed from the printer control panel. Contact your
