MAINTENANCE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE Check at the intervals listed in the following chart: ITEM PROCEDURE Drive Chain Check for excessive slack. Check & adjust as required. Lubricate. * Sprockets Check set screw tightness Fasteners Check and tighten as required Manual Disconnect Check & Operate WARNING Bearing & Shafts Check for wear & lubricate EVERY 3 MONTHS z z z EVERY 6 MONTHS z z EVERY 12 MONTHS WARNING To avoid SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY or DEATH from electrocution, disconnect ALL electric power BEFORE performing ANY maintenance. 6 Use SAE 30 Oil (Never use grease or silicone spray).
