H/W Monitor BIOS Setup Chassis Intrusion The field enables or disables the feature of recording the chassis intrusion status and issuing a warning message if the chassis is once opened. To clear the warning message, set the field to [Reset]. The setting of the field will automatically return to [Enabled] later. Setting options: [Enabled], [Reset], [Disabled]. CPU Smart Fan Target The mainboard provides the Smart Fan system which can control the fan speed automatically depending on the current temperature to keep it with in a specific range. CPU FAN Control This item enables or disables the Smart Fan feature. Smart Fan is an excellent feature which will adjust the CPU fan speed automatically depending on the CPU current temperature, avoiding the overheating to damage your system. CPU/ System Temperature, CPU/SYS/Power FAN Speed, CPU Vcore, 12V, 5V, 12V, 5V SB These items display the current status of all of the monitored hardware devices/ components such as CPU voltages, temperatures and all fans' speeds. 3-19
