TIPS TO AVOID STAINS AND FILMS: The following suggesƟons are recommended to prevent stains and films from forming on dishware and utensil items: A) You must rinse all dishware, silverware, glassware, and food containers immediately aŌer use. Some citric based food products, coffee, tea, and iron deposits in water can cause yellow or brown filming on the inside surfaces when leŌ on for long duraƟons. B) Rinse off acid-based liquids, such as vinegar or lemon juice immediately. This may cause discoloraƟon over Ɵme to your plates, food containers, or internal cabinets. C) Always check the manufacturer's recommendaƟons prior to washing items. D) You must check your water hardness to see whether you need to use more or less detergent when washing. If your water is extremely hard then it may be causing stains on items. You may need to use a water soŌener. E) Do not overload the dishwasher. F) Avoid improper loading by nesƟng plates together. LOADING DISHWASHER LOADING YOUR DISHWASHER: The dishwasher is designed for a standard "6 place seƫng". NOTE: The standard plate size is 10". For ease of loading/unloading larger sized dinner plates from the dish rack, it may be necessary to (temporarily) remove the cutlery basket. When loading and unloading is complete, aƩach the cutlery basket to its original posiƟon. CUTLERY BASKET: Do not let any items extend through the basket. Silverware should be placed in the basket with handles at the boƩom. If the rack has side baskets, the spoon should be loaded individually into the correct slots. ExcepƟonally long utensils should be placed in the horizontal posiƟon on the cup shelf. ! WARNING Do not let any item extend through the boƩom of the rack or cutlery basket. ! WARNING Load sharp utensils with the sharp end pointed downward. -PAGE 12-
