TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE If you experience a problem with this unit, check the chart below before calling for service. SYMPTOM No sound from iPod. CAUSE Volume is set to minimum. Incorrectly connected. No image/video on your external TV. iPod has incorrect settings selected. Incorrectly connected. iPod not charging. Unit not connected with the AC cord and/or not turned on. SOLUTION Increase volume using VOL + / - buttons. Check the connection (see page 12). In the Settings menu of your iPod, set the TV Out setting to ON. Check the connection (see page 11). The iPod can charge only when the unit is connected with the AC cord and turned on. 17
