The "Pure Origin" Espresso range Indriya from India (sage) This intense bodied espresso is a blend of Arabica and Robusta from Southern India. Its sustained but quick roasting balances its strong character, bringing out cocoa and spicy notes of clover, pepper and nutmeg. Indriya expresses all its passion in a half espresso cup (25 ml). Strength: 10 Ideal cup size: Espresso, ½ Espresso or Cappuccino Dulsão do Brasil (gold) With its sweet notes of cereal, malt, honey and maple syrup, Dulsão do Brasil's combination of separately roasted yellow and red Brazilian Bourbon coffees creates a roundness on the palate. These varieties are treated with the semi-dry method so that the mucilage sugars infuse their sweetness to the coffee beans' heart. Strength: 5 Ideal cup size: Espresso Rosabaya de Colombia (rose) On a soft base, this blend of Colombian Arabicas deploys typical notes of red fruits jam, and echoes winey flavors. Grown on small Colombian plantations, the coffee is handpicked and prepared using the wet method. Separate roasting accentuates the fruity notes and acidity whilst bringing body to the coffee.
