Electrical connection Hardwired electrical connection It is possible to hardwire this appliance to an existing power cable. CAUTION: Before servicing, discon‐ nect the power supply by either re‐ moving the fuse, shutting off the power main or manually "tripping" the circuit breaker. Installation work and repairs should only be performed by a qualified technician in accordance with all ap‐ plicable codes and standards. Re‐ pairs and service by unqualified per‐ sons could be dangerous and the manufacturer cannot be held re‐ sponsible. Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, make sure that the voltage and frequency listed on the data plate correspond with the household electrical supply. This da‐ ta must correspond to prevent ma‐ chine damage. Consult an electrician if in doubt. Prior to making a hardwire connec‐ tion to the terminal, remove the pow‐ ercord. Otherwise there will be a risk of electric shock from the attached plug.
