When your phone is in TTY mode, during an active call your phone displays the international TTY mode, the international TTY symbol, and the mode setting. Airplane mode Note: Consult airline staff about the use of Airplane Mode in flight. Turn off your phone whenever instructed to do so by airline staff. Use airplane mode to turn off your phone's calling features in locations where wireless phone use is prohibited. You cannot make or receive calls or use Bluetooth® wireless connections in airplane mode, but you can use your phone's other non-calling features.
