On the computer that just joined the wireless network, make sure you can connect to the Internet. The modem router's Internet LED blinks, showing that the Internet connection is in use. WMM prioritizes traffic according to four access categories: voice, video, best effort, and background. It does not, however, provide guaranteed throughput.
