❚❚ The Fn Button The image area can be selected by pressing the Fn button and rotating the main command dial until the desired crop is displayed in the viewfinder (pg. 62). This operation (the default option for d the Fn button and command dials; pg. 334) can not be performed while a multiple exposure is being recorded (pg. 211). Fn button Main command dial D Auto DX Crop The Fn button can not be used to select image area when a DX lens is attached and [Auto DX crop] is on.
