Troubleshooting Problem Cause/Solution Cannot use D-Lighting, crop, or small picture options. • These options cannot be used with movies, and pictures taken when P16:9 (3200), s 1:1 (2448), s 1:1 with black border or s 1:1 with white border is applied in the Image mode setting. • Select picture that supports D-Lighting, crop, or small picture. • Camera is unable to edit pictures taken with other cameras. • Other cameras may be unable to play back pictures recorded with this camera. Icon settings for favorites folder revert back to default settings, or pictures that were added to favorites are not displayed during favorite pictures playback. • Data in the memory card may not playback correctly if overwritten on a computer. Pictures not displayed on television. • Choose correct Video mode. • Memory card contains no pictures. Replace memory card. Remove memory card to play back pictures from internal memory.
