■ My own You can download applications to your device. To access the applications, select > Applications > My own. Important: Only install and use applications and other software from trusted sources, such as applications that are Symbian Signed or have passed the Java VerifiedTM testing. ■ Connect a compatible headset Open the headset connector cover (1), and connect a compatible headset to the headset connector (2). Do not connect products that create an output signal as this may cause damage to the device. Do not connect any voltage source to the Nokia AV Connector. When connecting any external device or any headset, other than those approved by Nokia for use with this device, to the Nokia AV Connector, pay special attention to volume levels. ■ Connect a USB data cable Open the USB connector cover (1), and connect a compatible USB data cable to the USB connector (2). To select the default USB connection mode or change the active mode, select > Settings > Connectivity > USB > USB connection mode and the desired mode. To set whether the default mode is activated automatically, select Ask on connection > No. 20 Your device
