HOW TO ADJUST THE POSITIONS OF THE PEDALS Each pedal can be adjusted to several positions. To adjust each pedal, simply lift the pedal and turn the pedal knob beneath the pedal. Make sure to adjust both pedals to the same position. It is recommended that you turn the crank arms in the direction shown by the arrow; however, for variety, you can turn the crank arms in the opposite direction. HOW TO ADJUST THE POSITIONS OF THE
PEDALS
Each pedal can be adjusted to several positions. To
adjust each pedal, simply lift the pedal and turn the
pedal knob beneath the pedal.
Make sure to adjust
both pedals to the same position.
HOW TO EXERCISE ON THE ELLIPTICAL
To mount the elliptical, hold the upper body arms or
the handlebars and step onto the pedal that is in the
lower position.
