Ifflr711 Upright-tube l knob Bolt Upper-body exerciser • Figure 5 Attach the Upper-Body Exerciser 1 . Place the upper-body exerciser flat on the floor (Figure 5). 2. Remove the shipping protector from the bolt in the upper-body exerciser: it may be discarded. 1- . Locate the upright-tube knob in your parts bag. 4. Thread the upright-tube knob onto the bolt and turn it clockwise to securely tighten it, 5. Locate the sensor cord coming from the bottom of the upper-body exerciser. Unwrap the cord so it hangs free and straight (Figure 6). 6. Locate the tension cable hanging from the bottom of the upper-body exerciser: the tension cable has a spring attached to it (Figure 6). 7. Position the upper-body exerciser over the front of the treadmill base (Figure 6). The hip pad should face the rear of the treadmill deck. S. Insert the sensor cord and tension cable through the opening in the base. making sure the tension cable and sensor cord do not get pinched (Figure 6). the
