Save as File (Print to File) General Information Use Save as File to save print data to a file, without actually printing a hardcopy. Save as File captures either a PDF or a PostScript file. You can use the LPR Utility to print the saved file. See "Direct Network Printing Utility (LPR)" on page 315.
