Tab mode In this mode, the tab for setting the User Name and Job Account ID will be displayed under Job Account Printer Driver Property. This setting can be made by any print user as well. Popup mode In this mode, the dialogue box for entering the User Name and Job Account ID will be displayed every time printing is run. A printer user enters his/her assigned User Name and Account ID to print. Hide mode In this mode, a System administrator creates an ID file that describes the information on all users. Next, he/she clicks on the Import ID File button in the Client S/W on each Client PC, and then specifies this file. Printer users need not know anything about their own Account ID.
