Syncing with Active Directory User Information This section explains how to add or delete use restrictions or change settings for user information managed by Active Directory, and how to sync with Active Directory user information. Setting the printer to be linked with Active Directory ❶ Start the server software. 6 ❷ Double-click [Printer] in the selection window. The registered printer list is displayed in the details window. ❹ Click the [Option] tab > [Detail setting]. ❸ Select the printer, and then select the [Printer] menu > [Properties]. Memo Multiple printers can be selected. ❺ Check the [Synchronize user list with Active Directory] check box. ❻ Select [Policy based printing]. - 102 -
